According to the bio Karen wrote, Prudence was a representational expressionist painter. In essence this means she painted objects people would recognize but she did so by adding a high degree of emotion via design and color. I don’t know what emotion she is creating in “Back Garden” but our fearless BOM Coordinator focused on the brightly colored houses in creating her block. Below are a few samples to get you inspired.
